Please understand we are a small operation and do not take calls during grooming. While we try to call back as soon as possible it may take a few days or until we have a day off to work on the schedule. When you call or email please leave phone number, location and type of pet, Also know that unless we have a cancellation we are usually booked out at least two to three weeks.
